Why become a tutor?

äct. TUTORING presents an opportunity for students to share their knowledge, as well as any tips and tricks with other students struggling with their exams. Tutoring provides a mechanism to give back and grow the actuarial community, while earning some extra income.

Who can become a tutor?

Anybody in the actuarial space may become a tutor, as long as they have passed, or exempted at least one actuarial exam, respectively. Our staff consists of tutors, ranging from second-year university students to actuarial students on the brink of Fellowship.

How will tutors be remunerated?

Tutors will be paid an hourly rate depending on the package and subject chosen by the student allocated to them.
